Cherry bonsai flower

Prunus incisa 'Kojo-no-mai'/Fuji Cherry. I'm really pleased with how it looked this Spring.

Height 3.5"/9cm tall with a 4cm/1.5" wide trunkbase (above the roots).
Pot by Walsall Ceramics

hawthorn bonsai leaves

After a very cold December in the UK, February and March were unusually mild and very dry and many of my trees woke up from dormancy early, this Hawthorn was photographed in late March.

siberian Elm bonsai

Ulmus pumila/Siberian Elm coming into leaf in late March 2011. Again, this is 3 or 4 weeks earlier than I have experienced living further north in the UK and after cooler early Spring's.
Height 21"/52cm
Purchased as field-grown stock in 2005
Pot from Erin Bonsai
