Bonsai Workshop Saturday October 14th 2023 from 09.00 to 17.30.

Workshop address: Southcourt Community Centre, Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury HP21 8LF
Bonsai Workshop with Harry Harrington assisted by apprentices Sean Stolp and Syed Abbas. Aimed at beginner to advanced enthusiasts. All types of tuition and work undertaken on the day. Aim to bring everything you would need if working on your trees at home; that means a tree or trees, turntable, tools and wire. If you are missing any items on the day, don't worry, we will do our best to lend you everything you will need!
Note that October is still a very good time for repotting coniferous species such as pines, juniper and spruce, you will however need to ensure that the tree is protected if there are any early frosts in the 6 weeks following. This work can be undertaken during the day but I ask that you drop me a line beforehand to let me know so I can be prepared.
There are just 12 x 8-hour workshop passes available.
The workshop opens at 9:00am and finishes 5:00pm. Participants are free to drop-in as they wish through the day.
£40 deposit to secure place on workshop, followed by a second £40 installment on the day.
Please note that although we won’t have any items for sale at the workshop itself, we can deliver items on the day, including trees, soil and tools. If there are any items you require, please order from the Bonsai4me.com/shop before Wednesday so we can ensure they are there waiting for you on Saturday. Make sure you chose the free delivery/collection at checkout!
COVID-Safety: Each individual will have a 1.5m work bench to work at and will be naturally socially-distanced.
If you have any Covid symptoms on the day, please do not attend and I will happily transfer your space to a future workshop. We are entirely reliant on all participants being responsible for each other’s health.
