For sale is this very big Pinus parviflora/ Japanese White Pine bonsai growing on its own roots (not grafted). The tree is likely to have been imported to the UK in the 1990's; it came to me 18 months ago in poor condition with very yellow needles having been grown in poor quality soil for many years. I have replaced much of the old congealed soil with an Ibuki soil mix. Along with Danu bacteria, the tree sits very happily in full sunshine without any special requirements and is now a classic blue green colour.

What really sets this bonsai apart from the other Japanese White Pines for sale is that is has not lost its lower branches and has a full branch structure availble to style. Has excellent bark and good nebari.
